Terms of Use

1.1. Under this Agreement, the Client (Seller) agrees to contract with Switcher Solutions W.L.L. to benefit from the software services provided. The Client's use of the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.2. Switcher Solutions W.L.L. provides its software services through internet-based cloud servers, allowing the Client to access the System from any device with a stable and continuous internet connection.

1.3. The Client shall provide suitable operating devices to access the System, including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, or Point of Sale (POS) devices.

1.4. Use of the System requires a continuous internet connection. The Client acknowledges that the System does not function without an active internet connection.

1.5. The Client shall install the remote technical support software approved by Switcher to enable the support team to provide technical assistance when required, including secure and authorized remote access to the System.
